Is it possible to collaboratively annotate shared plans?

I annotated a colleagues plan but it seems it was not propagated.

The shared link isn't a live document. The open-source sharing flow is asynchronous, so annotations made by the other person don't automatically appear in your copy.

They need to send the annotated feedback back to you, and then you import it. The README describes the same flow here:

For collaboration around one hosted copy, the project points to Workspaces instead of the older share-link flow.
