Investigate capturing Votrax data and necessary interrupts so software thinks it's sending data to the Votrax.

Log out phonemes and control values for further exploration.

Possible paths from here:

1. use sampled phonemes for partial playback
2. hotwire another speech synth converting the phonemes to phonetical spelling, etc
3. actually recreate enough of a Votrax to sound like the real thing.
