Website TZ parameter broke #1411
Description
On the website the timezone URL parameter has stopped working. The dropdown on the webpage and API are both unaffected and work as expected.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open https://shouldideploy.today/
- Change to any timezone that is not UTC
- Reload the page or reopen the URL in a new tab
- Timezone is reset to UTC even with the timezone present as a URL parameter
