riak-vpc-cluster-with-frontend-appservers failed in Ireland

I'm trying to start up a riak cluster with 1 frontend appserver and 3 nodes. All instances are small instances.

After some time (the timeout value in the Cloudformation script), A Rollback is initiated, because the BackendWaitCondition failed to receive all 3 conditions.

I doubled the timeout, but it did not change the behavior.

Any idea?

As a comment, I did use the AWS console to execute this script. Does this matter?

I tried to setup cloudformation on aws and i can't figure out on same this issue ,no longer support? I create on asia but used east west region

I have the same issue here ; this cloud formation script just doesn't work ; tried every possible region;
