I have a running instance of RiakTS. When I run riak-shell -d I get the following output:

I've tried updating my host and cookie in /etc/riak/riak_shell.config, but nothing seems to change. I'm trying to track down this user.erl file to debug, but can't find it in riak_shell or core. Any debugging advice would be great!
