Work with IMS to implement SSL certificate renewal automation, in order to meet the requirement of certificate rotation every 47 days. Initial PR for Certbot [here](https://github.com/bcgov/certbot/pull/38). Coordination with IMS and follow-up tasks to be logged as sub-tasks for this.
