Remove Completing Party from People/Roles - IA, Amalg & Cont In #32780
Description
Requirement:
Remove the "Completing Party" role from the "Add people and roles" section of the following filings:
- Incorporation Application
- Amalgamation (all types)
- Continuation In
Rationale:
The Act only identifies "Completing Party" in relation to the IA filing, it is not required for Amalgs or Continuation In.
For the IA the statutory requirements around Completing Party will be met by merging the Completing Party statement into the new Certified By block. A separate Completing Party role is not needed in these filings.
This will require a significant UI redesign for these filings - discussed with Janis, she is aware
