Applying metadata from database to music library

I have a large music library, and while I was getting the hang of beets I was running the autotagger with writing metadata only to the database and neither moving nor copying the files. I have since confirmed that the metadata generated by the autotagger was sensible, and would like to write the lyrics from the database to my files. Is there a way for me to do this without having to run the autotagger again? Additionally, is there a way for me to write the lyrics and only the lyrics to the files, and leave the rest of the metadata untouched? Thanks for the help!

You can write metadata from the database into the files with

beet write ...

I don't use lyrics myself, but from the documentation of the Lyrics plugin I conclude they are stored in Beets' DB, so you should be good to go with write.
