Behaviorbot and Autolabeler bots conflicting

Hi,

In repos with both the behaviorbot and a labeler bot configuration (I've tried multiple), the labeler bots conflict with the behaviorbot and the behaviorbot doesn't execute its workflow. Is this a known issue?
