t is used here as description (not d?)
e is used for timeslot (how is e and timeslot related)
a is used for venue (how is a and venue related)
s is used for teacher (how is s and teacher related)
c is used for resource (how is c and resource related)

Medium is given as it is hard for a user to get the hang of adding and editing the modules given as they are unintuitive and make it harder than necessary to use the program effectively

Reason for disagreement: As a new user who is trying to get the hang of and use this application to its full effectiveness, it is extremely hard to remember the single letter prefixes, where the alphabet has no clear meaning linked to the fields. This would cause significant inconvenience to all new users, although we will be able to continue to use the product as we can constantly refer to the UG to check the prefix of each individual field.
