Rerunning kwex on an entire dataset is time-consuming and users may want to fill template values from sources other than PDS3.
Describe the solution you'd like
A config option to bypass source product parsing and activate Velocity on a supplied JSON file, or still parse source products and also parse from JSON. The JSON file would have the same format as the temporary JSON file that is created and fed to Velocity under normal operation (which would have to be documented).
