Create a simple donate feature for this project

I would like to thank you for this in my opinion excellent project, and express my gratitude in a form of some little payment.

Especially given that:

1. This project could have massive impact on the security of the whole node/npm environment and there are far more trivial projects asking for donations already
2. Developers actively including malware dependencies into their modules, that abuse node/npm vulnerabilities which this project is protecting us against, and still asking for donations :D

Just publishing you public Bitcoin address in the README would do for me (and perhaps other users as well:).
