There is more to it than "converting the requests" though, the authentication method changed, pagination is available, the models are different etc.

Also I want to make the package consistent across all endpoints, this wasn't possible with the v1 API (or not worth the effort) because it is not consistent at all.
Fortunately they improved that now :)

ok, sounds good. Can you create a new branch for version 2, so that I can send my pull requests there?
In this way we still can fix bugs/improve version 1 in the master branch. Once version 2 is ready for showtime, we can make that the master and branch off version 1.
