Support for package managers

I am currently optimizing my setups for work (Fedora) and personal (Arch) laptops. I use topgrade to ensure that the systems are up to date (which updates my cargo, pip, pacman, dnf, and many other packages). I know this project started off with being available in AUR. This has been very helpful in Arch because of dependency resolution. Using the tool in Fedora has been hard.

Are there plans to support other package managers or will the bash script will be the future?

Yes , the package is still available in the AUR , and we are gonna soon add this to the flatpak.
adding to AUR is fast , but flatpak might take time , and also its not easy to get BC into the official repos without the help of a mod. so flatpak is the only other option we have

we are facing some issues with flatpak ,flatpak doesnt have all the dependencies we need

Not really a Flatpak issue, but rather a problem with the ecosystem, we need too many dependencies.
