System run as enhancement

The framework should contain modules related to user initiation to allow system run as with also the capacity to initiate community users so also contain contact module and account module
Plus, it suppose to have a generic way to pass through custom metadata type records a custom profil to run business centered tests

Also the @istest annotated "data factory" / modules should also be tested with an appropriate test class, example : UserTestModule - UserTestModuleTest ...

I will have a first attempt to push against the repo and will had later a generic way to pass custom metadata type records to allow the configuration for specific business purposes

You should be able to create UserTestModule and UserTestModuleTest on your own.
