Product Reviews Stencil Objects missing in Localhost

When we localhost cornerstone it seems that the products.reviews Stencil Object is missing. For example: {{lang 'products.reviews.header' total=product.reviews.total}} on product page returns a log to git bash of 'undefined' isn't a number.' ?debug=context confirms the products.reviews object missing. stencil push works fine on the live site. Just noticed this happening after upgrading to 9.0.0 Can anyone confirm they are also encountering this issue?
