Amazfit active didn't use glucose widgets

Hello,

I am trying to use WatchDrip with an Amazfit Active running Zepp OS 10.4.0.

What works:

xDrip is working correctly GlucoDataHandler receives glucose data correctly WatchDrip phone app receives data (“Received data from xDrip”) Watchface installation works Mini Program installation works The WatchDrip app opens on the watch I briefly see “Connecting”

Problem:

After “Connecting”, it changes to “Closed” Watch face shows “No data” WatchDrip store appears empty on Amazfit Active Gadgetbridge also requires an auth key

I already tried:

Enable service Enable device Enable web server Local broadcast in xDrip MAC address manually entered Reinstalling WatchDrip GlucoDataHandler integration Gadgetbridge pairing attempts

Is Amazfit Active (Zepp OS 10.4.0) currently fully supported? Do I need a newer WatchDrip mini program or another setup method?

Hi. It seems you trying co configure zepp device as an old nonzepp devices using MAC .

Hi Artem,
I hope you're doing well. You helped me before, so I wanted to ask for your help again.
I installed the Big Tir watch face on my Amazfit Active using Zepp. The installation completes successfully and the watch face appears in my installed list.
However, when I apply it, the screen becomes completely black. The watch is still responsive and I can open the menus, but the watch face never appears. Other watch faces work normally.
Could you please check if this is a bug or a compatibility issue with the Amazfit Active? I would really appreciate your help.

Also, Amazfit Active has a 390×450 display resolution. The current description mentions support for 454×454, 466×466, and 480×480 only. Maybe that's why it shows only a black screen on my watch. If possible, could you please add support for the 390×450 resolution?
