Upon installing the service and running the gui tool, no SNMP traps are actually received.
I verified no other services or apps are using the port. I also tested with other trap receivers (that dont do what we need them to do where yours would), and they received them fine.
According to the preequisates, it requires a few things, but I see no way to download or install those, so I assume that is if you are building the tool.
