Support loading from SD card

Currently recompilation is needed to run new game.

Need to implement game loading from SD card

[binarman]

Logic is simple:

• check if SD card is present
• if it is, search for *.gb files on card, load first one found
• display the name of loaded ROM on the top of the screen
