Unstable Interactive Mode since new recursive file list PR.

Unstable and crashed if you go as deep as "C:/Users/anon/AppData".
Merged PR CCob#5 for C2 recursive file list.

@binarytrails i simply open interactive interface with this command

.\Volumiser.exe --image Z:\win10-clone.vhd

then i go in the /users folder and it crashes after listing files
