Add support for GB/T 28181 (Chinese National Standard)

Does this project already support the Chinese national standard GB/T 28181 for live streaming? If not, are there any plans to add GB/T 28181 compatibility?

For Now, Live777 Don't support any about GB/T 28181

But, We will have full feature RTSP support
