A python package called bits already exists

bits seems to be a bitcoin related package. Maybe we can consider a different name to avoid this clash before BITS starts seeing use?

We should at least update the README, as I accidentally installed the bitcoin app.

Should we rename the Python package to 'pybits' (so, pip install pybits) and update the documentation accordingly while keeping the command line interface as it is (bits) ?

If we want to stick to bits as the name of the executable, that's an option. Or maybe hep-bits?
