FaderPort 16 Mapping errors

Hi,
when Mapping one controller to the first macro knob, 2 Faders on the FaderPort 16 are mapped:
Fader 1 and Fader 9 with the same parameter.

This issue is still here for me, will this ever get fixed?

it only happens on the first macro bank, if i change macro tab to something else faders 9-16 stay on first macro bank but faders 1-8 switch. very frustrating
