Documentation link out-of-date

Hi there! pimc++ looks pretty awesome, but the documentation linked from the README.md gives a 404. Is it around somewhere else, or located in a particular part of the source? Thanks!

All the documentation files can be found in the "gh-pages" branch of the repository.

Unfortunately, I no longer maintain pimc++, however, and have moved to my own code. If you're interested, I keep it here:
