[Feature Request] Use `XDG_DATA_HOME` instead of `HOME`

Can we have the option to store packs and etc in XDG_DATA_HOME instead of directly in HOME? This should default to $HOME/.local/share/PopTracker on Linux instead of the current $HOME/PopTracker. I prefer to keep my HOME directory clean. :)

I believe there are still some environments where drag&drop of the pack does not work, but maybe it's better to give those few users a "browse packs" button than to annoy everyone else with the folder being in HOME 🤔

Either way STATE is probably wrong since packs are not state. It should probably be XDG_DATA_HOME.

My bad I meant XDG_DATA_HOME when I was making the issue, thanks for the correction. I updated the issue accordingly.

Are you thinking of making a migration script or something? A simple directory change shouldn't take long.

Yes, we need a migration flow. Always busy :S Hope I'll get to it for v0.35.5 or v0.36.0 (whatever we'll call what comes after the already-prepared upcoming release.)
