Package not found

1. I added 
`<dependency>
    <groupId>com.blacklocus</groupId>
    <artifactId>metrics-cloudwatch</artifactId>
    <version>0.4.0</version>
</dependency>`

In the list of dependencies and added the `CloudWatchReportBuilder` but it is saying the package is not found.

Further, how will the metrics be reported to the cloudwatch of the particular AWS account which I am using?
