Automated tests of all backends in github action

Add environment variables to [.github/workflows/tests.yml](https://github.com/bleskomat/lightning-backends-node/blob/master/.github/workflows/tests.yml) to test all backends. Use GitHub actions secrets for tokens and other sensitive information.
