DHCPv4 options 120 and 125

The company I work for uses Vendor-Identifying Vendor Options (Option 125) regularly. It's basically Vendor Option 43 on steroids. It's defined in RFC 3925.

In the service provider industry, SIP is sometimes used (Option 120). It's a "weirdly constructed" option, in my opinion. It's defined in RFC 3361.

I might take a crack at one or both of them.
