[Bug] Users cannot work on multiple guide drafts simultaneously

Summary

Users cannot work on multiple guide drafts at the same. When a user attempts to work on another guide draft, they are presented with the previous guide draft they wrote.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click Contribute
2. Add a guide (any values work)
3. Save draft
4. Go to home page
5. Click Contribute again
6. Click Guide again

At this point, the guide details should contain the values that the user previously added.

Expected behavior

The fields should be empty so that the user can create and submit another guide draft.

Actual behavior

The fields are filled in with contents from a previous guide draft that the user was working on.

Could I please be assigned to this? I think this is hindering progress on issue #315 because one of the requirements states that the user must be able to delete multiple drafts.
