Problem
After An Author requests a prerequisites to be made it is not shown in the prerequisites section of that particular guide which may confuse some people whether any requests for prerequisites was made in the first place.
For Example in the above image it says none declared and readers will assume the author has deliberatiley not added any prerequisites or may have just forgotten to add it.
Proposal
After An Author requests a prerequisites to be made it is not shown in the prerequisites section of that particular guide which should be done to with an added mark to show the guide is still in Todo and not yet released by anyone. Once the prerequisite guide released the mark can disappear showing readers that the prerequisites is available
Here when the guide is not released just add it like that with *todo on top to let the readers know the author has requested a prerequisite.
