[Feature] Add a saved/unsaved status indicator on the editor page

Problem

While the user is writing their guide, there is no way for them to know if their guide has been saved or not. Adding a "Saved" or "Unsaved" indicator makes it easier for the user to determine if they should press the SAVE DRAFT button.

Proposal

Add a "Saved" or "Unsaved" label (boxed in red) next to the SAVE DRAFT button.
