[Feature] Add admin and lead verifier dashboard

Problem

Admins need a way to manage members, roles and have the ability to see verifiers and guide assignments.

Lead verifiers need to see verifiers and guide assignments.

Proposal

A dashboard depending on role (admin/lead-verifier).

@jpotter08 - I have assigned you this task. I have added the main dashboard pages (members, roles, verifiers assignments).

• The data for the tables need to be fetched from the database.
• The status (active, inactive, suspended) displayed in the members and roles table in the frontend need to be implemented (db and api wise).
• For the Assignments Table copy all columns from the table in profile, BUT we also need the username (who it is assigned to), user status, and how long left of the time limit before it is reassigned.
• The action buttons on these pages need to be implemented as well.
• When reassigning the user should not be able to select who it's reassigned to instead it reassigns like it usually does when the timer ends - but ensure only for active members.
• Mark AFK toggles the status between active and inactive - if you think of a better button label for this let me know.
• Ensure the date format matches the same format used in the table on the profile page.
