[Bug] Guide Contributors showing name whose edit has not been approved

Summary

When a guide is edited by someone , the contributors space is showing their even if their revision has not been approved.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a guide you would like to edit
2. edit guide
3. Make your changes
4. open that guide contributors list and you will see your name even before the guide has been approved

Expected behavior

The name should only appear once the edit has been accepted

Actual behavior

The name appears as soon as the edit has been submitted
