[Bug] Variants do not appear as variants to verifiers.

Summary

When a variant is submitted to a verifier, it appears as a Guide Creation case, instead of a Variant case.

Steps to reproduce

1. Submit a guide variant.
2. Look at that guide as a verifier.

Expected behavior

Verifiers should see the case type as "Variant"

Actual behavior

The case type shows up as "Guide Creation":
