Most noticeable when (periodic) tracking is disabled. There's a sense of randomness; I have not yet found a pattern.
My most recent screenshots of this issue, measurements at four points in time:
In the first shot, it's as if nothing was measurable at the first and second points in time.
In the second shot, it's as if nothing was measurable at the first point in time alone.
Environment
Waterfox 56.0.1 on FreeBSD-CURRENT.
