Runtime error when starting workflow

With just a `CreateRuntime` operator pointing to the top-level directory of a conda environment, I'm always getting the following error when starting the workflow:

> The type initializer for 'Delegates' threw an exception

Any idea what's going on here?

Python Scripting version: 0.2.1
Python version: 3.9 or 3.10
