fix directory.json

Either use this old file
https://github.com/stellarterm/stellarterm/blob/directory-may/directory/directory.json

or  use the stellar.expert api to validate 

1) Is this a known exchange.
2) If this is lookup memo type required
3) if the memo type does not match show error to user
