Funds Going To Wrong Wallet

Hi there

I have just installed the app on my Shopify site and it all looks great, however on having a friend trying purchasing on my store his Nano is not arriving in my account.

The nano address on my payment page is not the same as in the script and I have just tried to pay my Nano account from another and the payment has left but has never arrived at the intended account.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Hey there,

We provide a temporary address for each transaction. The funds go to our address and once we verify everything looks good, it is moved to the address that you provided us. We had a server issue this morning where some transactions were stuck so please take a look and see if everything works now.

Hi Ty Thank you very much for getting back to me. I have just checked and the payments have now arrived. It was my first time using your app so I was not sure if it was something I was doing wrong. Great bit of kit and I really hope that Nano can kick on from here. Ordinarily how long should the payment take to reach my account when someone places an order? Thanks again Bart
