Enter the payment instructions – displayed on the order status page, after the customer has placed their order.

Do you mean provide text during the registration process for the shop owners to copy and paste into their Shopfiy settings?

I was referring to this point in the purchase process, I guess if those shopify fields are filled in then there could be an appearance of a Nano / Brainbocks logo?
