functional.py, RuntimeError: "nll_loss_forward_reduce_cuda_kernel_2d_index" not implemented for 'Int'

I have been trying to use it as instructed in a new environment and installed dependencies. But i am not getting the any output with my annotated reference h5ad file. It seems to be working with pbmc3k file though.

Not sure where i am going wrong!
