Is possible to move the new recipe as alternative recipe?

Hi developer,

Thanks so much for creating this mod! I was wondering if it's possible to implement the recipe changes as an alternative option, rather than replacing the original. Alternatively, could compatibility be added for other mods that offer upgraded versions of vanilla items, so the base items remain unaffected? for example, bob mining or other mods. since is not an overhaul thing.
