RTL language support

Problem

Once i18n exists (prior issue), right-to-left languages (Arabic, relevant given remittance corridors) need layout support, not just string translation.

Acceptance Criteria

• Core layouts (send, claim, homepage) verified correct in an RTL language
• No mirrored icons/directional cues left incorrect in RTL mode
• Automated check (or manual checklist) to prevent RTL regressions in future PRs
