Update the pointer every time there is a master PR

Describe the desired behavior

Let BLUI agent update each pointer to point to the latest master commit every time the corresponding repo makes a master merge.

Describe the current behavior

People are (theoretically) using this as a table of contents for all our themes... yet they are always referred back to a fixed prev version. Thus any adopters using this repo would be misled.

Explore to see if we are able to link to a branch so that the submodule is always pointing at master

It might be worthwhile to investigate doing this for all repos that make use of submodule pointers.
