Title Ideas: "The Almighty Hour"

Talk about charging by value instead of by time.

Hypothesis: I think clients get more value for their money if they allow a flat rate per week without tracking hours but tracking value.

Idea: Charge a flat rate per week, number of days per week (month, etc) and then chat before that time frame about what you believe you can deliver. If you fall short, explain why, in detail (take notes). Works better with the Shape Up method.

Not tracking hours give you the freedom to move, breath, take a break. You become more valuble to yourself and your client without the psychic weight of the almighty hour.
