Virustotal flags WinThumbsPreloader as malicious?

Hi everyone,

I just found this tool and it sounds promsing. Unfortunately, Virustotal flags it as malicious when I upload the .exe-file and have it checked:
Bkav Pro: W32.AIDetect.malware2 Cybereason Malicious.b1962d
Ikarus: Trojan.MSIL.Agent SecureAge APEX Malicious

Is anybody having the same issue?
