Unable to upload PDF files

When uploading a PDF file I get an "unsupported type" error in the console (no error in the upload window, which just refreshes).
In order to distribute in-house eBooks, those types should be allowed as well.

@ronnybremer Good call out. I'll get the following three extensions in the approved uploads in a future commit: .pdf, .epub, and .ibooks. If you think of other eBook formats that should also be supported let me know.

You can patch in your own extensions right now by modifying this line and including what you want:

I think that covers the eBook formats. But thinking about it you might need to add .IPA as well (for in-house iOS apps).
