Clean up master branch files

I think we need to clean up the master branch like we did in issue #31.

I did this in pull request #128. I still haven't touched the visIdeal stuff since Tom is rocking that.

Great. I think we need to make sure the templates were calling the min js files. They were not on master last I checked. Did you do this?

I pulled the updated templates and also the common.css file from the M2-1.9.1-Release branch into the master branch using the checkout trick you showed me. I tested it and I believe everything on the master branch is current.
