Add subscription source within addon

• Determine whether or not source is already added
  • What about MySQL shares? Destination folder should be a local url, but source should be a share since the DB is shared between multiple installations
  • Is it possible to invoke the native source dialog?
• Prompt user to name share
• Write to sources.xml
