Filter scrape_errors_total per job

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My exporter config consists of multiple jobs, each job is configured for a single target/sql instance. scrape_configs is configured to scrape each job separately. Each job contains all the scrape errors for the exporter.

Describe the solution you'd like
scrape_errors_total should be specific to the job being scraped.

Describe alternatives you've considered
scrape_error_drop_interval and honor_labels. Not sure if these would work.

Hi @TommieGrove, what's your version? This feature was previously implemented as per #256.

UPD: I guess I understand your issue better now after reading it a few times more. So if you scrape per specific job parameter (/metrics/jobs[]=...) it still returns scrape_total_metrics for all jobs.
