It is a very nice project. If there are more step-by-step on how the library is built, it will be much more helpful.

Sorry, didn't see this issue had been opened. You can checkout the Travis config for the build configuration, you need GCC installed on OSX / Linux and MSVC Compiler on Windows. You obviously also need the Rust toolchain, namely rustc and cargo

Then run build --release --features "simd"
